They are seeking a top-tier FP&A Manager to help drive commercial finance, build the FP&A function, and support continued growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers exceptional career progression opportunities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Sales team to shape processes as the business scales.
* Develop and implement a commission plan alongside senior stakeholders.
* Own the Sales team budget and track monthly spend vs. budget.
* Lead regular commercial review sessions with Sales leads, identifying risks and opportunities.
* Conduct pricing, proposition modelling, and ad-hoc analysis.
* Contribute to annual budget preparation and re-forecasting.
* Manage monthly cash flow and P&L forecasts.
* ACCA qualification or equivalent.
* Experience in commission plans, headcount forecasting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Strong Excel and modelling skills (Power BI/Tableau a plus).
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
