About the role
Availability Window
Days and times:
* Sun: 15:30 - 24:00
* Thu: 15:30 - 24:00
* Fri: 15:30 - 24:00
* Sat: 15:30 - 24:00
Shift Leader rate of pay: Starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.
As a Shift Leader you’ll:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts.
* Be there for customers and help ensure they leave satisfied.
* Look for ways to improve service.
* Guide and support your colleagues, ensuring safety.
* Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
* Lead by example.
