Job Description
The Role
The Marketing Coordinator for Northern and Central Europe is part of the EMEA Field Marketing Team.
Our mission in Field Marketing is to partner with sales to build a healthy sales pipeline and drive growth aligned to the company strategy.
This role will focus on supporting our UK, Nordics, Netherlands, and Central European markets – including but not limited to Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe. This role is an exciting opportunity to have a broad scope of responsibility, partnering across multiple teams across sales, business development, customer success, sales engineering, and various central marketing teams. This role will primarily support two Senior Field Marketing Managers, one covering Northern Europe and the other Central Europe whilst also collaborating on other EMEA projects. This individual will report into the Senior Director, EMEA Field Marketing.
Fluency in both English and German oral and written is a mandatory requirement for the role, as well as up to 20% travel to support events in the Central European region. You will be responsible for reviewing translations of HQ marketing campaigns, website pages, as well as creating event promotional content assets in German. The role will involve supporting the development of a customer advocacy process, tracking the customer lifecycle, and coordinating projects related to customer case study production, owning local analyst (e.g. BARC) lifecycle communications to key deadlines with support from other marketing leaders, as well as executing webinars, digital and in person events both internal, 3rd party, and partners across markets.
The role will also include managing vendor and contract onboarding processes. The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a willingness to work together as a team to meet deadlines.
Day to Day responsibilities:
* Working with field marketing managers, sales, customer success, partner teams
* Own and develop a Customer Advocacy program – to create a database for internal proof points, external event speaker program, case studies, and PR/Media activities
* Assist and develop plans for PR, analyst development, and social media content
* Support the management of the DACH website, and create German content (website, social media, email)
* Support joint marketing campaigns with partners
* Execute elements of own, third party, partner events (willingness to travel), logistics, booth design, coordinate presentation reviews, registration pages, social media promotion, and such type of event tasks
* Work in cross-functional teams marketing teams managing project briefs, project management in our tools such as Wrike and Salesforce measuring and tracking campaign performance
* Facilitate and track lead distribution and follow up activities with sales and business development teams
* Documenting results, reporting, and best practices for the region
* Lead internal approval processes and manage vendor coordination, obtain quotes, submit purchase orders, and track invoices

Qualifications
Required Experience:
* 2-3 years marketing experience – experience in B2B tech companies; cloud platform and/or SaaS markets is preferred
* Strong event background and execution experience
* Fluent oral and written skills in German and English required
* Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience
