Technical Skills Coach – Greenkeeping & Sportsturf
Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach – Groundskeeping & Sportsturf to join our Apprenticeships team on a Full-Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Leave) basis.
Primary Responsibilities
The Technical Skills Coach – Greenkeeping & Sportsturf primary responsibility is to oversee a caseload of apprentices and provide comprehensive support and guidance to enhance their experience in the Greenkeeping & Sportsturf Apprenticeship Programmes.
Key Duties
1. Conducting visits (remotely), assessments, and progress reviews to ensure the apprentices' steady advancement towards successful completion of their apprenticeship programs.
2. Effective communication and utilization of technology.
3. Diligent monitoring of off-the-job training hours.
4. Possessing a thorough understanding of pertinent policies and procedures, including risk management, diversity and equality, health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.
This is a Fixed Term Position covering Maternity Leave, and you would be expected to commit to the position from February 2025 until March 2026. This is a remote role, but the successful employee may, if required, have to visit one of our campuses.
