You have a focus on quality and high standards, from the service you provide, your personal presentation and the solutions you deliver to clients, to ensuring the interior and exterior of our buildings are maintained to the highest calibre. You're looking for a varied, operational role which includes reception duties as well as a mix of operational tasks. You can integrate well into a team and foster effective relationships with your colleagues. Our daily operations rely on all colleagues working together to deliver our shared objectives. You love to learn and are keen to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our buildings, processes and standards. You will enjoy that no two days are alike - one day you may be setting up catering and refreshments for an important meeting, the next you may be helping new customer move in or troubleshooting some IT issues. This is a very varied and hands-on role. This role would be a good step for an individual who has a strong interest in working in a customer-focused environment and who wants to gain knowledge and awareness of the reception in a professional business environment. Our most successful Customer Services Assistant is someone who: Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Is able to work flexibly in a fast-paced, changing environment. Has a proactive and common-sense approach to problem solving and resource management. Is comfortable using MS Office packages and learning new systems. Has the ability to work well as part of a team but is also able to operate independently under broad direction. Has exceptional attention to detail.
