A leading enterprise level security systems integrator is looking for a Revit Technician to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Revit models, drawings, and other related documents. They will have a strong understanding of Revit software and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintaining Revit models, drawings, and other related documents.
2. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of Revit models and drawings.
3. Assist in the development of Revit standards and best practices.
4. Troubleshooting any issues with Revit models.
5. Providing technical support to other team members.
6. Making basic updates to family objects.
7. Producing D sheets, working with views, sheets, title blocks.
8. Knowledge of BIM, Navisworks, Excel, DiRoots.
9. Understand scheduling and shared parameters.
10. Experience with federated model coordination, clash detection.
11. Auditing and coordinating design models for compliance with BIM execution plans.
12. Updating drawing annotation (as built reference, revisions, statuses).
13. Validation of redlines, presenting to clients.
14. Bluebeam and using mark ups to aid in modelling.
15. Knowledge of point cloud scans and the as built process.
16. Work to timescales and project deadlines.
17. Adhering to specific client protocols.
18. Security industry experience ideally with CCTV, intruder, access or fire.
