Deputy Manager

£16.28ph - Plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly (from 1st Jan 2025)
I am looking for a Deputy Care Manager to join a dedicated and highly professional team at a 49 bedded care and nursing home in Edwinstowe which boasts high class facilities and beautiful landscaped gardens.
In this role you will:
• Assist the Home Manager in the running of the home, which is rated as Good by CQC
• Ensure all residents are provided with the highest standards of care, and doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
• Ensure care plans for residents are completed within the timescales require by the company policy and ensure that all care plans are evaluated at least once a calendar month
• Ensure all team members are fully competent with medication and ensuring weekly audits are completed
For this fabulous role you must have:
• A relevant Professional qualification (Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent)
• A minimum of three years’ experience in residential / nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia
• An awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning
