About the opportunity:
The Account Executive hunts, prospects, and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the sales process from start to finish. Serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned territory for direct sales engagements as well as working with a network of partners to develop new client opportunities. Develops and maintains excellent knowledge and understanding of NetDocuments' business, products, competitors, and the legal tech industry.
What your contributions will be:
* Work with prospective clients from the legal industry to schedule virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations.
* Educate potential customers on the product and how NetDocuments will benefit their organization.
* Negotiate and close contracts with potential clients.
* Deep understanding of the sales process.
* Work side by side with BDRs to manage leads.
* Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
* Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone and email to follow up, nurture, and qualify leads.
* Follow NetDocuments' pipeline management process, detailing all interactions and pipeline stages using Salesforce.

* Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
* Experience selling to legal departments for large corporations.
* At least 2 years of work supporting C-Level executives.
