Key responsibilities
1. Creating a store within a store and thinking ambitiously about how our stores can offer customers even more.
2. Setting standards, coming up with ideas, and finding fresh ways to make your team and department the best they can be.
3. Maintaining high customer service levels and using customer knowledge to spot opportunities.
4. Running your department while collaborating with a team.
Required skills & experience
1. Positive, hands-on, and eager to contribute ideas.
2. Extensive customer service experience and a passion for home improvement.
3. Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
4. Flexibility to cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
5. Ability to motivate and engage a team.
