We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Regional Sales Manager to join the team and develop and grow the business through the leadership and management of the Sales team. Reporting to our Director, you’ll ensure that Sales Plans are in place to deliver National and Regional targets and objectives and that team and individual performances against plan are monitored and updated. You’ll effectively manage resources and expenditure in line with cost budget and work in close partnership with Service Centre and Operational Managers in order to maximize opportunities. To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours: Experience of developing and managing high performance sales teams Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong partnerships Well-developed networking skills with the ability to communicate and engage key stakeholders across different levels and functions Customer-focused, an understanding of the market, able to analyse commercial information to produce plans and targets The drive and motivation to achieve stretching targets in a demanding environment Ideally you will have field sales management experience within plant hire or construction industry A full clean UK driving licence You’ll be based from the nearest Service Centre. The role will involve Regional and occasional National travel/overnight stays.
