I am looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join my clients' team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers, delivering excellent service and helpful advice. You'll also support the wider team with administrative tasks and play a key role in the smooth delivery of our projects. Provide clear, helpful advice on a day-to-day basis. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Record key information accurately across various IT systems. Support project delivery through administrative tasks and reporting. Administration Assist team members with day-to-day administrative needs. Deliver accurate internal and external reports. Ensure all admin tasks are completed with a high level of detail. Support with training and onboarding of new team members when required. What I'm Looking For: Minimum 2 years of contact centre or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong customer focus with the ability to respond empathetically and effectively Confident in handling calls and managing a high volume of interactions Great time management and multitasking skills Collaborative and supportive team player Adaptable and comfortable with change Strong problem-solving ability Demonstrated empathy and the ability to support customers from diverse backgrounds Good IT literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Benefits?
