Job Title: F2B Test Manager
Your key responsibilities:
* Strategize and deliver overall E2E test strategy, roadmap for SIT and UAT automation including E2E interfacing applications across multiple platforms & diverse stakeholders.
* Undertake end-to-end test management, including planning, defect triage, risk, issue, dependency management, lessons learnt and governance across multiple teams.
* Execute technical tasks like E2E Test Strategy, Test Execution management/co-ordination, Test Automation strategy for implementation and ROI analysis. Manage and co-ordinate SIT, Regression and UAT Test cycles working with multiple Feature and Systems team.
* Provide functional test analysis, planning, design, execution and reporting for testing assignments.
* Provide strategic directions to the QA teams and highlight risk and issues at management level.
* Develop automation approaches for various test phases (SIT, UAT etc) for web/UI, micro-services and database applications.
* Estimation & milestone planning for the project and provide estimates to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with a diverse range of business and technology functions, both within the bank and with key vendors.
* Involve in designing and planning of Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, Test Coverage analysis for a given testing assignment.
* Support the project by contributing to the Test Plan(s) for the relevant test phases, the Test Readiness Reviews, test progress reporting, the Test Completion/Summary Report and defect management.
* Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business, technology and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings.
* Assist in the reception and quality assurance of the business requirements, solution design and business process documents for individual projects.
* Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases.
* Ensure innovative solutions for challenging deliveries.
* Knowledge of Agile and risk-based testing and ensure process improvements.
* Influence the release qualification process by building and providing the tools and metrics that increase release velocity and quality across teams.
* Act as both a key stakeholder and key adviser in the overall delivery of the project or programme of work.
Your experience:
* 15+ years of experience in managing application development, software delivery lifecycle, and/or infrastructure development and administration.
* Experience planning & coordinating business acceptance testing for complex F2B data adoption/feed migration programs.
* Experience in Continuous Integration of Test automation in Testing and QA delivery pipeline using TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
* Familiar with automation frameworks, tools & practices such as BDD, Python, Selenium, Playwright & Cucumber.
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience with managing large teams including progress monitoring and reporting.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
* Preferred 5 years of hands-on functional/automation testing experience in at least one of the automation testing frameworks.
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast-paced, high-velocity Agile environment.
* Approaches and tooling for automated software assurance and QA.
* Experience with cloud-related technologies & concepts: Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, AZW, Azure, OpenStack or other IaaS/PaaS environments and use of Public/Private cloud and Virtualization Technologies.
* Experience with project or program management.
* Defining and managing the roadmap for implementation of Testing and QA in an established operation.
* Working within a structured environment, including the use of structured methods and approaches and modern development tools.
* Service support – the use of Testing and QA, Continuous Delivery and ITIL concepts to lead an effective support operation.
