Ensure all NHS and private prescriptions received are clinically checked for dosage and safety Ensure that all queries on patient prescriptions are communicated to customer service within the SLA Ensure that all responses from customer service are received within the agreed SLA to ensure patient safety Advise patients on adverse side effects, interactions, and minor ailments Assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist at the dispensing facility Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements Complete a range of additional pharmacist tasks including reviewing dispensing incidents Meeting set targets for individuals and team inline with business targets Working with key teams across the business, (Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations & Clinical) Who are we looking for? A degree in Pharmacy GPhC registered NMS trained and accredited, with related experience Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering accurately against tight deadlines A strong team player with a can-do attitude Numerate and IT literate with MS office suite experience Able to demonstrate professional conduct and respect for others at all times Ability to demonstrate a patient first approach at all times and strives to exceed patient expectations What happens next?
