We're looking for a proactive Sales Account Manager to manage and grow our mid-market client base The Offer: Competitive basic salary of £63,000 pa additional OTE of £27,000 pa Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in Central London Role will start on an 8-month contract, with potential opportunities to become perm What You’ll Do: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients across a set of target accounts. Drive revenue by selling our cutting-edge digital media products, including up-selling, cross-selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, successfully managing accounts through the entire sales cycle. Collaborate with channel partners to support and grow your portfolio of accounts, utilizing an indirect sales approach. Provide expert advice on contract models, guiding clients through migration processes, and using established sales methodologies to maximize impact. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Proven track record of selling software, ideally in creative products, document solutions, or SaaS. Experience in account management, inside sales, or renewals, with a focus on growing named accounts. Ability to manage complex sales cycles, with a history of meeting or exceeding a sales quota of at least USD 0.5m annually. Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft 365, Salesforce) and sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Value Selling. -Fluency in French/Italian and English is essential.
