Job summary The Deputy Nurse Team Leader role is suitable for Registered Nurses who have successfully completed preceptorship and have registered as an approved NMC Placement Practice Assessor. They are expected to form a close working relationship with the Team Leader and to deputise in their absence. Alongside your Deputy Nurse Team Lead duties, you will also hold a small caseload of young people who are working with the Enhanced Treatment Service.
