Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 73 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’.
We have a really friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. We are currently recruiting for the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for providing and ensuring the rest of the team provide a professional service to our guests. You will be an enthusiastic person who has a passion for customer service and hospitality, has great communication skills, and is able to build a rapport with residents and non-residents.
The role will include key responsibilities such as:
1. Ensure that the restaurant is set in time for service to the highest standard.
2. Ensure appearance of employees is to appropriate standard.
3. Conduct regular training sessions with staff members to ensure menu knowledge is up to date.
4. Oversee breakfast or evening service.
5. End of night stock requisitions.
