Main duties of the job
We are looking for dedicated midwives to take part in the vital provision, oversight, and support of a comprehensive antenatal education program tailored to meet the unique needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalised Antenatal Education: Lead and deliver a full antenatal education program that is customised for each individual's needs, ensuring all families have the information and support they require.
2. Comprehensive Care Across All Stages: Provide exceptional midwifery care during the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods within a community setting, ensuring continuous support for women and their families.
3. Promote the Highest Standards: Strive for excellence in care delivery by utilising available resources effectively, ensuring that every woman and family receives the highest standard of care.
4. Champion Equality and Diversity: Advocate for the rights and diverse needs of women and families, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
