As Enterprise Account Executive – Travel Payments, you will take a leadership role in driving revenue growth within the travel sector. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding the company’s footprint in the industry in UK & across Europe.
The Role:
* Collaborate closely with your SDR team to design and execute targeted outreach campaigns and engagement strategies.
* Proactively build a robust sales pipeline by strategically prioritizing and scheduling outreach activities.
* Identify and onboard high-potential prospects by adding self-sourced accounts to Salesforce.
* Drive consistent pipeline growth, aiming to surpass your annual quota by at least 4x.
* Establish strong relationships with channel integrators to enhance market access and streamline solution delivery.
* Conduct in-depth qualification and discovery processes to uncover pain points and build compelling business cases for adopting their solutions.
* Leverage the MEDDPIC sales framework to drive deal progression and successful conversions.
* Operate as an individual contributor, securing new customers while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
* Utilise Clari to provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts, ensuring visibility and predictability in revenue generation.
* Boost industry presence by attending key events and networking across Europe.
* Fully leverage sales enablement technology stack, including Salesforce, Clari, Salesloft, and Seismic, to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
* Continuously relay insights and feedback to the product team, contributing to ongoing enhancements and innovation in our solutions.
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience selling virtual card solutions within the travel sector, backed by a strong network of industry connections.
* A results-oriented approach with a keen focus on data, coupled with the resilience, adaptability, and tenacity to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-evolving market.
* Proven ability to structure and negotiate high-value, six-figure contracts across multiple sectors.
* A problem-solver who can explore innovative deal structures and customer solutions beyond the conventional playbook.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence and ability to present, negotiate, and engage effectively with C-suite executives.
* A team player with a hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues in a dynamic, close-knit environment.
