If you are looking for your next role to have a direct impact on the world, we have an excellent career opportunity for you to join Caterpillar’s Global Construction & Infrastructure (GCI) team as a Product Application Specialist for Demolition covering the EAME region.
In this role, you will provide technical product and value selling support for Demolition products sold in the EAME region. Additionally, you will support application and job site studies, communicate product and market information to the Product Group, manage NPI process and participate in market strategy.
Specifically, you can expect to do:
1. Train the district and dealer Sales Representatives on product and application matters.
2. Professionally provide ongoing technical support to districts and dealers.
3. Prepare introduction plans for new products (NPI).
4. Monitor progress on all elements of NPI and initiate corrective action.
5. Develop and maintain regional training activities in support of new product launches.
6. Build and maintain up-to-date knowledge about competitive systems and machines.
7. Act as a mentor for less experienced employees.
8. Be the primary conduit of technical information to and from the Product Group.

Education and experience:
1. University degree preferably in engineering, business or marketing.
2. Extensive commercial experience involving dealer and/or customer facing positions.
3. Fluent in English (verbal and written).

2. Previous experience of working in a multinational company.
Job Title: Demolition Segment Specialist - EAME
Salary: £63,000-£75,000 depending on experience
Benefits: 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, 18% bonus, Flexible Buy in Benefits, Share Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Free Car Parking.

Location: Solihull
Travel: Up to 40% travel within EAME
