The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with objectives set by company management and contractual commitments made to the customer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Establishes the framework and conditions for the smooth execution of the programme/Product Line.
2. Passes on the programme objectives to the company's functional departments, within their delegated scope of responsibility.
3. Is responsible for leading the integrated programme team.
4. Manages all aspects of the Programme/Product Line, including performance, cost, quality and lead-time aspects.
5. Ensures that information shared with the customer (internal and external) is consistent.
Job Requirements
1. Ability to develop the strategy for a programme.
2. Proficiency in financial management and project management in complex contexts.
3. Ability to listen to customers, provide support and ensure their satisfaction (strong sense of customer culture).
4. Proficiency in the legal and contractual aspects of programme execution in a complex environment.
5. Ability to organize and plan projects.
6. Ability to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary and cross-functional team.
7. Ability to negotiate and influence others.
8. Ability to identify and analyze risks.
