Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to Duty Manager, within EOC. Based at the Nottingham Emergency Operations Centre (EOC), this role will provide a crucial function within the Regional EOC team primarily focused on the performance delivery of the EOC's. The post is offered as a relief basis. Further information will be provided in the interview. Main duties of the job As a Duty Manager (EOC), you will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality service, which meets both national and local Key Performance Indicators. This will be achieved through the effective and efficient management of EOC resources and the management and leadership of all staff and resources within the EOC. You will work in partnership with other Departmental and Operational Managers to ensure best practice and business continuity is provided across the whole Trust.Due to the 24/7 nature of this high profile environment it will be necessary to undertake some unsocial hours working, covering both day and night shifts over a rotation cycle.
