Robert Half are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Administrator to join a client of ours based in Portishead for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will play a key part in supporting a project, to transition all people data to their HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and streamline processes. Alongside this project, you will also provide general administrative support across a range of HR tasks.

The role will offer hybrid and flexible working from their Portishead offices, and is due to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in migrating employee files and data into the HRIS system.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR and people data during the transition process.
* Help streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
* Provide administrative support across the HR function, including maintaining employee records, responding to queries, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and project-related duties as required.
