Registered Manager - Homecare Services
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage our team in a person-centred way. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care while overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support the development of the clients branch ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of care to care workers, well-being workers, office staff, and clients.
2. Build strong relationships with your team, clients, their families, and the local community.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
4. Promote a positive work environment and inspire the team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Essential Criteria:
1. Experience in caring for older adults, individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and other complex conditions.
2. A confident and capable leader with a drive to build and develop a high-performing team.
3. Proven success in managing a Homecare Service and enthusiasm to register with the CQC.
4. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a commitment to compliance.
5. Passionate about delivering first-class, person-centred care.
6. A positive and motivating leader who can handle pressure and guide the team through challenges.
7. Qualified with Level 5 Health and Social Care or RMA (or equivalent).
8. Willing to take a hands-on approach when needed, including stepping in for care calls during emergencies.
9. Well-organized and experienced with software like Outlook, Excel, Word, and rostering/ECM systems.
10. At least 4 years of management experience in the health and social care sector.
