Job purpose As a Product Manager at Health Partners, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving development of innovative solutions. Your mission will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs, drive business growth and enhance the well-being of workers around the UK. Duties and Key responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Work with the senior product manager to define and communicate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's mission and business objectives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product strategy on an ongoing basis. Product Development: Create and prioritise product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and release plans. Work closely with design, engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Define clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. User-Centric Approach: Gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviours through user research and data analysis. Advocate for user experience improvements and drive product enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure successful product launches. Work closely with marketing and sales to create go-to-market strategies and drive adoption of new products. Metrics and KPIs: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance. Use data-driven insights to iterate on product features, optimise user engagement and refine the product roadmap. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life decisions. Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead. Stakeholder Engagement: Build buy-in for the product vision among internal and external partners. Act as a product evangelist, representing our company to customers and gathering feedback. Qualification and essential skills required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is a plus. Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle is a must. Technical proficiency and an understanding of software development and web technologies. Self-starter and ability to produce high-quality work, unsupervised. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, paired with a willingness to question, set and manage expectations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to proficiently use product management tools like Microsoft DevOps (preferred), JIRA, or Linear. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD. Ability to travel when necessary, within the UK. Previous experience: 5 years of experience in Product roles, ideally within the health tech industry.
