Main duties of the job
Reporting to the Senior Divisional Accountant, the Divisional Accountant role will be an integral part of SNHSFT.
* To lead and be responsible for the provision of an expert financial management service to a specified division.
* To lead and be responsible for the monthly reporting for the nominated areas, including the production of high quality information, cost and income analysis, forecasting and the presentation of this information.
* To support the members of the finance team alongside relevant internal and external stakeholders in the discharge of their financial responsibilities; including maintaining a balanced budgetary position, development and reporting of any savings for the Stockport Trust Efficiency Programme (STEP) and the financial modelling of service developments.
