Support Worker - Full Time and Part Time roles available

£12.00 per hour
Due to the nature of the role and the activities the people we support like to participate in, a driver with a clean license is highly advantageous

You will be able to help people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choices and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships socially. You will be working with individuals both at home and within the community
This role will involve working in supported living and day services across Dunfermline and West Fife. As a whole they consist of 11 separate properties. The individuals we support have varied levels of verbal communication, autism, and epilepsy. It would be advantageous if you have previous experience of working with adults with challenging behaviour, although this is not essential, as full training will be provided and Real Life Options will put you through the SVQ 2/3.
Working 1:1 with individuals on a 24 hour rota, you will provide support with; medication administration, personal care, household tasks, leisure pursuits, social inclusion, and emotional support.
Shift patterns are generally 08:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Sleepover shift - 24hr shift : 3pm -3pm (sleeping 11pm - 7am)
