Our aim is for our ward to be a centre of excellence and current initiatives include working towards our dignity pledge, Compassionate Care projects and developing our newly established frailty pathway. There is on-going investment to ensure our staff have the right skills, values and expertise to provide high quality specialist care for older people.
Ward 22 is a unique ward within Older Peoples Services. Traditionally, a 28 bedded Older Peoples ward.
The candidate will have an adaptive leadership style that will help mirror the needs of the service on ward 22. Looking for a leader who understands change management and move forward service change.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, enthusiastic positive person who takes pride in their work to create a vision and collaboratively work with the multi-disciplinary team to promote and build and maintain independence for our patients.

Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital
Interview Date: TBC
