Are you an experienced and reliable electrician looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading Facilities Management company, working on a static site in Fawley, Southampton. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a large, well-established team while maintaining and enhancing the functionality of a commercial office space across 18 buildings on site.
The Role:
* Location: Fawley, Southampton
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Type of Site: Static site with 18 commercial office buildings
* Van Provided while working on site
* Salary Package: £42,000+ (including excellent benefits)
What You’ll Do:
* Carry out general electrical maintenance and repairs across a variety of systems within the commercial buildings on site.
* Respond to electrical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring all installations, repairs, and maintenance are completed to the highest standard.
* Manage and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
* Work closely with other maintenance staff to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism when interacting with staff and other contractors on site.

What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an electrician, ideally with commercial experience.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power, and emergency systems.
* Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills.
* Full driving license (as a company van is provided for site use).
* A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering quality service.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds).
