Stage manager for children's show in July
Deadline: 21 April 2025 at 17:00
Looking for a stage manager on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th July to work on the R&D of a new physical theatre show for 3-6 year olds at Platform, Easterhouse.
Two Cowboys and the Sky is a physical theatre performance for ages 3-6 and their adults, featuring live music and audience participation, created by lovebug + worm (Florence Logan and Hope Kennedy), with musician-performer Samuel Pashby.
In this performance, we explore how everything in life dances; we just need to pay attention. This sensorial and environmentally sensitive performance invites the audience to reimagine how objects, animals, and ideas move and sound, and to celebrate the music, movement, and friendship present in all pockets of life.
This two-week R&D is taking place in Platform, Easterhouse.
We are looking for a stage manager to assist in the sharing of the work with children and carers from the local area, as well as industry professionals.
