Matron Admin Assistant - Jubilee Eye Suite - EDGH
We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Support Officers to assist our Matron on Jubilee Eye Suite within our Ophthalmology Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for arranging meetings, taking notes, support in the use of Health-roster and the recruitment electronic system, in addition to booking mandatory training and providing full administrative service to the Matron.
We are looking for a well organised and motivated person, with a can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, to provide high quality administrative support.

Person Specification
Experience
* Evidence of previous admin or secretarial experience in a busy environment.
* Record keeping and filing systems
* Use of computerised record systems
Skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with medical / technical / other relevant terminology
Qualifications
* Evidence of good numeracy and literacy
* GCSE level A-C including English and Maths
* ECDL or other recognised IT qualification
