We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Workday Support Team as Workday Functional Partner – Recruitment operating within the Arriva Corporate Centre.
This role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Recruiting processes and implementation of updates and changes to configuration, security and business processes in Workday.
This role needs to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet our current and future needs.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Act as SME for Workday Recruiting, responsible for maintenance, change requests and upgrades.
* Support other Functional Specialists to deliver the Workday Support Teams solution for recruiting.
* Assess change impacts and follow governance to reduce risk and identify improvements.
* Maximise automation opportunities and reduce off-system processes.
* Host workshops and demonstrations to help stakeholders understand best practices.
* Configure and maintain updates to business processes and security policies.
* Utilise Workday Community and Success Plans for best practices and market trends.
* Configure and maintain reports related to Recruiting.
* Data management; correcting and uploading data through EIB.
* Test new functionality or upgrades/releases.
* Support resolution of escalated issues and manage incidents.
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience.
* Maintain training materials, including user guides and recorded demos.
* Provide project support as required.
What we'd like from you!
We’re looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and experience with HR processes, data and systems including Workday.
Candidates must be analytically driven, able to proactively troubleshoot issues and conduct knowledge transfer with end users.
Workday Pro for Recruiting module is desirable.
