Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual to join our multi-professional team within Moorfields Private. We are a division within the main NHS Trust. Although some of our processes are slightly different, our governance agenda is fully aligned with the Trust. We are committed to delivering the highest quality care and keeping our patients safe. The post holder will work in close collaboration with the division's Senior Leadership Team, the central Quality and Safety team and the other Quality Partners and divisional managers within all divisions. An integral part of the role is helping the multi-disciplinary teams to identify and disseminate shared learning for quality improvement and ensuring consistency between satellite sites and the rest of the organisation. Main duties of the job The Quality Partner role includes: Serious incident and incident management, applying the principles of PSIRF Clinical audit and effectiveness Safety and risk Compliance Complaints and litigation To attend Quality and Safety Committees such as local and central Quality Forums, Clinical Governance Committee and Risk and Safety Committee, Clinical Audit Committees and Serious Incident panels, as required in discussion with the central team and Moorfields Private.
