Job Description
Working for the largest charter brokerage as a Trainee Sales Broker you will be responsible for organising and arranging group charters. Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
* Researching and identifying clients to identify new business opportunities
* Proactively targeting a list of potential clients through outbound sales calls, emails, visit etc
* Follow up quickly and efficiently on any enquiries – converting any potential clients into ACS clients
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
* Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry to completion
The Training:
We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have a detailed 18-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling!
During this time it will be spent training as a Trainee Broker and learning the ropes within our Flight Services department. You will be assigned an experienced mentor who you will work closely with whilst you start the selling process. Supporting your mentor in any required capacity and starting to build a list of potential clients
You will have intensive training on process, procedure and knowledge of how to put together flight briefs & flight sets ups whilst working closely with clients and airlines during the flight process.
Your broker training will be at our HQ in London – Surbiton. There will be a 1 month classroom training which consists of detailed sessions ran by both internal and external trainers and will be spent working closely alongside other Commercial Jet Trainee Brokers from ACS offices across the globe.
Once your training is completed this when all of your hard work will be put into practice and you can actively start running your own desk, earning commission and working towards your sales KPIs.
Qualifications
The Individual:
When it comes to training ACS have you covered but there are a number of things needed from you to be successful in this role. We are looking for candidates who:
* Customer focused, ambitious and driven
* Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets
* Confident communicators
* Flexible and willing to occasionally work out of hours (Aviation isn’t 9-5)!
* **MUST HOLD A VALID UK DRIVERS LICENSE**

Based in this location, you will receive a starting salary of £35,000 per annum. After successfully meeting all targets by month 11, you will be eligible to receive a non-sales bonus of £500 per month for 6 months.
