Social Care & Public Law Solicitor
A Senior Social Care & Public Law Solicitor is required by a London office of a UK wide law firm working with nationwide public law and private health clients specialising in a diverse range of Social Care and Public Law. The role involves dealing with excellent quality work, often at senior management level, within a supportive and successful team. The Social Care & Public Law Solicitor will have the opportunity, dependent upon skill set and desire, to advise on Court of Protection both contentious and non-contentious, work on Inquests preparation and advocacy, governance, healthcare regulations and safety investigations.
The firm offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a supportive culture. The Inquest and Health Solicitor will work with a number of very experienced lawyers and will be provided with excellent exposure to good quality work and will be encouraged to take responsibility from inception within the role under guidance.
Salary: to £82,000
