Acorn by SYNERGIE is searching for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our client, a manufacturing company in Walton Summit, Preston on a temporary basis. Reporting to the Financial Controller the duties will include: Managing and maintaining the sales ledger. Processing invoices accurately and efficiently. Allocating payments and reconciling accounts. Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a sales ledger or similar finance role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in financial software including Sage 50. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Competitive hourly rate on offer. Minimum duration 4 weeks with the potential to be extended.
