Your Career
As a Consultant within our Implementation team, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation, implementation, and successful completion of both migrating existing clients from the iTrent platform to People First and setting up new businesses on People First. Payroll experience is essential, as you will ensure accurate configuration and alignment with client requirements. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, ensuring compliance with contracts and statements of work, and fostering strong client endorsements and reference sites.
Your Team
In this role, you will work closely with the Implementation team and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements, provide expert consultancy services, and communicate effectively regarding specifications. Proactively identifying risks and issues that may impact project success will be key. Maintaining high levels of governance by completing activity reports and stage gate task lists within SLAs is essential.
You will stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry developments, maintaining strong knowledge of MHR products, services, methodologies, policies, and customer needs. Collaborating with internal teams, you will support the identification of additional commercial opportunities and ensure revenue targets are met in line with the business plan.
