We are seeking an experienced programme manager, embedded within our business to lead the programme management of our new services and digital transformation projects. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Digital Director and your colleagues across the business you will: -
1. Programme manage the workstreams required to open all the homes schools and assessments for FY25 and beyond ahead of or on target to be in line with our forecast plan
2. Ensure effective and transparent communication to the new homes opening team of all aspects of the programme through real time implementing and updating systems of communication and attendance at regular programme meetings to communicate progress against key dates
3. Support all workstream leaders with completion of their aspects of the programme to ensure that deadlines are met, and submissions are accurate and avoidable mistakes are eliminated
This is a hybrid role with a mix of working in our Support Centre in Belper and Home Working.

17. Demonstrable experience as a programme manager of a large multi strand programme preferably involving opening of new sites and regulatory compliance
18. Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent levels of experience
19. Desirable (but not essential) knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to the opening of children’s homes and schools
20. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to all tasks
21. Knowledge of and fluency in programme management software
