Responsibilities
:
* Working with internal departments to resolve customer/ client queries
* Delivery of exceptional customer experiences / complaint handling
* Drive high standards of customer care
* Answering enquires via telephone and email
* Respond to digital communications via web
* Be patient and empathic and communicate effectively
Skills:
* Customer service experience preferred
* Experience of working in a call centre environment preferred but not essential
* Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful and resilient with a helpful can do attitude
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
