3. Tools: Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret data, and present findings in a clear and actionable way.
5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., FCA, PRA, GDPR).
