We have a great career opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a print and communications company. You will be responsible for the customer service activities relating to a number of key clients; upholding and developing the client relationships and ensuring consistent quality of work produced.
You will have one main goal to focus on: the delivery of world-class customer service based on measurable key performance indicators and quality control.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Liaising with clients on existing and forthcoming projects, including planning and development to complete projects within the client time scales and to the quality levels expected.
2. Oversee and input client briefs accurately to optimise production.
3. Liaise between the client and the production team to ensure all information is correctly interpreted.
4. Represent the company, developing relationships with all relevant departments.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years’ experience in a client-facing role within the print industry, along with broad technical knowledge of various printing processes. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and client service skills, administrative and financial efficiency, effective prioritisation of projects, and the ability to cope under pressure.
