Job Description
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies within the technology sector.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
* Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
* Drive cost reduction initiatives within the procurement process.
* Ensure compliance with procurement and supply chain regulations and standards.
* Lead negotiation processes with suppliers to secure favourable terms.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Sourcing Manager' should have:
* Experience within sourcing is a must and experience within technology would be beneficial
* Proven experience in sourcing and contract management
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
* Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
