Description
The Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee the planned and reactive maintenance at the Hindlip and Defford sites, ensuring all work is completed on time and in line with safety and compliance standards. This includes managing a team of Estate Assistants and external contractors, ensuring that performance targets and service level agreements are met.
