Job Description
* Advising on policies and procedures
* Managing employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
* Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
* Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
* Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
* Overseeing recruitment processes
* Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The Successful Applicant
The successful Part- Time HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience in a similar HR role
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
