In this role, you will be responsible for managing a case load of up to 40 apprentices. This will include on-site assessments, coordinating the apprenticeship with the employer, college & apprentice, completing progress reviews, liaising with lecturers and conducting portfolio days.
The ideal candidate will be an plumber who is qualified up to NVQ Level 3 (or above) and has experience in either plumbing, heating, gas or renewables. They will have excellent people & communication skills as well as good time management in order to manage a flexible schedule.
This is a brilliant role to come off the tools into a role where you will work with the next generation of plumbers.
The Role:
Managing a caseload of 40 apprenticeships
Carrying out on-site assessments
Liaising with the apprentice, employer & the college
Doing progress reviews
The Person:
Engineer with Plumbing, Heating, Gas or Renewable experience
NVQ Level 3 Qualified
Excellent time management & communication skills
