Role Purpose
The Growth Hacker will run fast-paced marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey, owning the conceptualisation and end-to-end execution with the objective of generating growth from both new and existing customers.
The primary role objective is to develop new marketing growth programmes, by developing effective lead generation, inbound marketing, conversion optimisation and CRM campaigns and routinely test and execute these programs with measurable results.
Duties / Responsibilities
* Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers for the Sterling Cost and Carbon estimating platform.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, target market segments, and positioning strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to define growth goals, metrics, and actionable plans.
* Implement and optimise growth tactics across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
* Utilise analytics and tracking tools to measure, analyse, and report on growth metrics, customer behaviour, conversion rates, and user engagement.
* Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimise user acquisition and conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback.
* Identify and implement strategies for user onboarding, user activation, and retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
* Collaborate with the product management team to gather user feedback and insights, driving product improvements and feature enhancements.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B SaaS growth hacking, incorporating them into growth strategies and tactics.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Your application will only be considered if you meet the following:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B Growth Hacker role and in campaign or digital marketing (either in-house or agency)
* A track record of lead generation campaign delivery
* Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and A/B testing tools
* Experience of marketing automation (e.g. Mautic)
