What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee the creation,maintenance, and governance of master data records for GeneralLedger accounts, profit centres, and cost centres across multipleERP systems
Support the deployment of a new Master Data Managementtool, collaborating with IT and external vendors to ensuresuccessfulimplementation
* Ensure accuracy,consistency, and integrity of master data in alignment withcorporate policies and compliancestandards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define anddocument master datarequirements Design and implement scalable workflows for creating,updating, and deactivating master data, with a focus on operationalefficiency
Your skillsand experiences:
Essential:
* Understanding of Chart ofAccounts, the purpose of general ledger accounts, cost centres, andprofit centres within financial systems, and how they interrelatewith the business operations andreporting
Experience in a master data management role, preferablywithin a financefunction Knowledge of data governance frameworks and bestpractices
Desirable
* Finance or Accountingcertifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) are anadvantage
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP,Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics; familiarity with Master DataManagement tools

The Finance Master Datateam:
This is a newrole created within a new team, providing an opportunity to gainexposure to the wider business and make the role your own throughshowcasing your expertise within finance and master data tasks.
You will manageand govern the master data for general ledger (GL) accounts, profitcentres, and cost centres across multiple ERP systems, thisincludes playing a pivotal role in supporting the implementation ofa Master Data Management (MDM) tool, ensuring a seamless transitionof processes, and introducing best-in-class workflows for datagovernance andstandardisation.
