As they expand their treasury function, they are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional with cash management experience who is eager to broaden their skill set in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you will be integral to optimising cash and liquidity management, supporting investment activities, and promoting best practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring group liquidity and ensuring optimal cash balances across subsidiaries.
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive cash forecast to provide visibility into cash flow trends.
* Supporting investment activities by structuring deals, securing financing, and evaluating opportunities for growth.
* Ensuring strict compliance with internal controls, debt covenants, and financing agreements to mitigate risks and align with organisational standards.
* Assisting with trade finance operations, including managing bank guarantees and letters of credit, to facilitate international transactions.
* Managing intercompany loan positions and overseeing treasury-related payments, ensuring timely and accurate transfers between entities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong understanding of treasury management principles, with a focus on cash flow optimisation and risk management in a manufacturing environment.
* Corporate treasury experience, ideally within a private equity-backed business, with expertise in financial strategy and capital management.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a global team, building strong relationships across departments and stakeholders.
* Experience in the manufacturing sector, managing cash flow and financing needs to support production cycles and capital expenditures.
