We are looking for a Programming & Coding Technician to support our IT department with software development, API integrations, and system enhancements. What You'll Be Doing:
* Coding & Development – Support and maintain existing code across multiple platforms and technologies.
* ERP System Enhancements – Develop and improve integrations between core business software and surrounding systems.
* API Development – Build and maintain APIs that enhance infrastructure efficiency.
* SQL & Database Management – Work with SQL to develop and maintain secure data interactions.
* Technical Innovation – Research and implement new technologies to enhance company operations.
* Code Testing & Documentation – Refine, rewrite, and document software solutions.
* Global IT Support – Collaborate with teams across different time zones, with occasional travel opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
* Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, C#, and experience with coding structures.
* Understanding of SQL databases and the ability to integrate code securely.
* Ability to adapt to multiple languages (e.g., XML, JSON, ASP.Net, PHP – preferred but not essential).
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess software performance and refine code.
* Interest in learning new skills – willingness to work with 4GL in a Sage X3 ERP environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative IT team.
* Strong communication skills to work across all levels of the business.
