What We Offer Private Healthcare with optional family cover Life Assurance (4 x salary) Critical Illness Cover Unlimited Paid Holiday Ongoing professional development and training Access to LinkedIn Learning Pension contribution Flexible Working A culture of diversity and innovative thinking Responsibilities Will Include Develop Production Engineering function to enable our journey into production Define and implement manufacturing quality procedures Ensure compliance with external manufacturing quality requirements relevant to the marine industry Ensure quality standards for purchased and in-house manufactured parts Develop roadmap for productionisation of build processes, including protocols for testing improved methods, materials & equipment Investigate and recommend capital investments that drive efficiency, remove technological roadblocks and increase flexibility from the production process Identify opportunities to progress digitally, such that the SSC production execution system is at the forefront/ best-in-class for multi-platform production sites Identify opportunities to incorporate digital learning and data capture in our production lines Work within the scope of our ISO accreditations and our QMS & recommend amendments that would help to align with our business objectives Qualifications And Experience Essential – Experience of working within a high value, low volume production environment Exposure to internationally recognised quality compliance requirements Internal and external audit experience Desirable – Degree qualified within engineering discipline or equivalent experience Experience with MRP/ERP systems Recognised Project Management experience or qualification Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
