This role is hybrid and you can work from home up to 3 days a week depending on business needs. About The Team You will be working with a high calibre team of 4 in Finance Systems. All of us have a particular expertise we bring to the team, including Dynamics AX/D365, SQL, Power Platform, etc. We each have our roles, but also believe in sharing knowledge and expertise across all team members. We communicate regularly to ensure we are all aligned on our objectives, and look to help each other wherever possible. About the Role The Finance Systems Administrator plays a key role in ensuring our financial systems run smoothly. You will be developing internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive our Finance System improvement agenda. You will be involved in a range of activities in relation to Finance Systems support and maintenance. We support multiple Finance Systems and processes, and will provide training as needed. You will endeavour to help all of our customers, internal and occasionally external, to provide high levels of service and support, maintain SLAs, and assist in larger projects on occasion This is an exciting time to join PxC, as we roll out new finance systems, processes, and policies. What you will be working on Providing first level support to users via managing our inbox, IT tickets, and online webforms Evaluate the commercial impact of system recommendations, and influence IT support functions and business users to implement robust solution designs Resolve outages, and perform setup, configuration, maintenance and development requests of our existing Finance Systems. Operate on-going processes, including monitoring data input quality, running month end system interfaces, and conducting month and year end system closure processes. Analyse user needs, interpret requirements and create solutions to implement new systems and processes. Work with key external partners, to ensure D365 and Medius AP are supported to a high standard. Ensure issues are triaged, support partners are engaged as needed, and all relevant people are kept informed Undertake key periodic system upgrades and development with third parties, designing system testing and supporting UAT on new and upgraded functionality Actively participate in projects as required What will make you successful in the role? Essentials: You will come from a Finance Systems support background. Excellent Microsoft Excel and General Microsoft Office skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Attention to detail with ‘completer-finisher’ and problem solver mentality Ability to manage own workload including the prioritisation of tasks. Desirable Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Medius AP solution Experience and understanding of MS Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps Ability to understand and write Excel VBA Comfortable working in an ever-evolving environment resulting in continual change.
